Located in Tarrytown’s historic downtown district, the project involved the redevelopment of the Tarrytown YMCA site and preserved the original 1911 façade on Main Street. A mix of 14 studios and 95 one-bedroom apartments serve households at 30% – 70% of AMI. On-site amenities include a lounge, library, fitness, computer room, laundry, and a rooftop park. 62 Main is a fully electric, highly energy-efficient building with a comprehensive solar panel array, heated and cooled using geothermal technology. The project was completed in 2024.
