Griffon Construction has been selected to construct Croton Point, a thoughtfully designed 100-unit, fully electric condominium community located on a redeveloped, transit-oriented site in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson. The project will transform an underutilized parking lot into a modern residential destination offering an elevated lifestyle and convenient access to regional transit.

Croton Point will feature a suite of premium amenities, including a ground-floor resident lounge, fitness center, and co-working space, as well as an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge and terrace designed for year-round use. Construction is anticipated to commence in the second quarter of 2026.
