Construction Estimator – We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support the development of accurate, comprehensive budgets and cost estimates for multifamily, ground up construction projects, as well as rehabilitation projects, located primarily in New York’s Hudson Valley. This role is responsible for preparing budgets from conceptual and developed plans, performing quantity takeoffs, reviewing drawings and specifications, and analyzing subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure competitive and complete estimates. The Estimator will work closely with the Director of Estimating & Purchasing, as well as project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to anticipate scope gaps, identify cost drivers, and support procurement and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of thinking proactively to “fill in the blanks” where plans or scope are not fully defined.
