Griffon Construction built this 7-story, 184 residential unit mixed use project in downtown New Rochelle. The project was constructed of a reinforced concrete podium with a CFMF structure above and a combination of an EIFS, thin brick and punched window façade. Project amenities included a three-story garage and rooftop amenity complete with a residential lounge, co-working space, gymnasium, and over 3,000 s/f of outdoor amenity.
