Griffon Construction built this logistically challenging, 5-story, 82 residential unit building atop a 3-story,reinforced concrete garage embedded within a hillside. The project site was first abated and stabilized before construction could begin. The final product was a mixture of one to three bedroom units, complete with a 6,000 s/f outdoor terrace, gymnasium, lounge, community kitchen, co-working space/computer room and game room.
