Franklin Courts consists of 70 garden style apartments and town homes built in 1952 and a community building. The Courts have been re-imagined including two newly constructed multi-family buildings coupled with 24 garden style townhomes. The reconstruction will include solar arrays, all-electric heat pumps and domestic hot water.
